About Property
Bring your friends and family together at your private retreat directly across from the most beautiful beach in America, with surgary white sand, seashells, and the emerald waters as clear as a swimming pool where you can see your toes at the bottom while nearly chest deep. Stay all day at the beach with a cooler full of ice from your own private filtered commercial ice maker with only a short walk away(the beach is approximately 500 feet viewable from the top balcony), or hang out in your private backyard to grill, sunbathe, swim or float in your private full-size pool, nap in one of several hammock's, or watch the game while hanging out
nder the covered outdoor living room while grilling. Every amenity we can think of you will have. (Pool heating available November-March for $100/day) Play your music around the pool through the outdoor stereo. Dishes, plates, Glasses for Coffee, normal size in Plastic and Glass, for Kids and Adults, for around the pool or to take to the beach are all provided. Also provided are a host of appliances such as a Blender, Coffee Maker, Toaster, Air Fryer, Microwave, Oven, Electric cooktop with 5 burners, double sided frig that makes ICE and filtered water. Plenty of SIlverware, steak knives, etc. Just about anything you want to cook with including cookie sheets, mixing bowls, spoons, spatulas, etc. At least 2 bath towels per guest, Swimming Pool towels, and hand towels. Dishwasher Tablets, Clothes Washer tablets, starter set of toilet paper rolls, paper towels, and napkins. 3 Bicycles are available in the garage 6 Beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, couple of different drink coolers, and a beach cart, 2 snorkle sets and mid sized flippers are provided There is also some Firewood available on the back side of the pool shed to use the in firepit. The walk to the beach is only a few minutes away as you need to walk around the houses to get there, just go down White Sands Blvd (west) to the stop sign and turn left and you will see the beach 1/2 block in front of you.

The home was well maintained and had everything we needed. The backyard is extremely nice with the pool, covered pergola, sound system and fire pit. They has bikes, a kayak, indoor and outdoor games. At night, the backyard was lit up with lights everywhere, 2 grills, and a fan in the pergola area to eat with a nice breeze. The owners, not a disinterested property management company, took the time to make sure our stay was excellent.

We had a great time. The neighborhood is awesome. The backyard is amazing. The owner has put together about everything you could possibly need to enjoy yourself. The only problem I would mention, is that the house gets and stays very hot. I dont believe it ever got below 80 degrees. Everything else about the property is awesome.

This was an amazing property and an amazing host! Backyard oasis was the best part! Host made sure we had everything we needed. All you need is your cloths and food. Everything else you need to enjoy a beach vacation was there! TOP NOTCH!!!
