The home was well maintained and had everything we needed. The backyard is extremely nice with the pool, covered pergola, sound system and fire pit. They has bikes, a kayak, indoor and outdoor games. At night, the backyard was lit up with lights everywhere, 2 grills, and a fan in the pergola area to eat with a nice breeze. The owners, not a disinterested property management company, took the time to make sure our stay was excellent.

We had a great time. The neighborhood is awesome. The backyard is amazing. The owner has put together about everything you could possibly need to enjoy yourself. The only problem I would mention, is that the house gets and stays very hot. I dont believe it ever got below 80 degrees. Everything else about the property is awesome.

There are no properties here with a Private backyard except for ours. We built this back yard on top of just sand with the primary goal of limiting the visibility into the backyard as much as possible, as well as protecting from wind and salt spray. It truly is a private oasis with beautiful landscaping. We are fond of the monarch butterflies and have an ample supply of milkweed for when the eggs hatch and it is the only food monarch caterpillars will eat. If you stay with us in the fall season, it is a butterfly haven.
